Gorge FC 4 - 0 Peninsula


A convincing display by Gorge FC propelled them to the top of the table after Round One. Goals by our big three, Jordy, Mark and Quinn (you knew they would bounce back after being kept off the score sheet vs Cowichan), supplemented with a strike by Kevin, were more than enough to ensure the win. Mateusz shared the shutout with Tom who played the last 10 minutes in goal.

Gorge FC with a completed Round One record of 5 wins and 1 tie are 3 points clear of Lakehill and Cowichan and 6 points clear of Gordon Head who we play at home this Saturday to start Round Two. Well done boys!
