Gorge FC 1 - 2 Team British Columbia








Team British Columbia will be competing at the 2006 North American Indigenous Games in Denver, Colorado in July.

On a cold and windy Saturday, Team BC put two goals past our visiting keeper in the first half as speed, size and hard tackling were the rule of the day. Jordy clawed one back half way through the second half for Gorge FC with a booming shot which sailed past the keeper.

Gorge FC had a number of quality chances with good crosses into the box and good passing deep in the Team BC end. Clayton rang one off the post, and Mohin had a fine shot saved on the short side.

Evan had a great battle all game long with their big, fast, strong and talented striker.

Gorge FC was missing 7 regulars and had to pick up 4 players to balance out the squad. Thanks to Robbie, Phil, Eric and Kyle. Thanks also to Wayne for reffing.
Tom, RJ and Clayton were injured during the game. RJ came back to play.

We look forward to playing Team BC again.
