Our second game of the season see's us on the road again visiting Bays United at Henderson Park. As Tom will tell you, playing against the club you grew up with is a somewhat nervous and exciting time. It is always a special game and this weekend, it is Mark's turn.
Speaking with Mark's father Dave during Wednesday night's practice, he said that the schoolyard jibes had already started and that Mark is looking forward to facing his old teammates.

Bays is coming off an opening day loss vs Lakehill where they were down 2 - nil early in the game on two penalties, which the coach said totally deflated his players, eventually losing the match 3 - 0.
Gorge FC goes into the match with confidence after a hard fought, well deserved 1 - 0 victory over Gordon Head and two good midweek practices.
