Kidsport final game Sunday Aug 28th vs Lakehill

After last nights convincing win against the Metro Girls team (Quinn tells me it was 7-1) today's game would be another good test.
We had only 6 starters from our team with Lukasz and two of Ryan L's friends (Adam and Dylan) rounding out the lineup.
Lakehill had the extra zip early in this game, being one step ahead and that little bit more aggressive. Good back and forth play through the first half with Lakehill being the only team to score.
The second half saw Gorge apply some good pressure with great passing and heads up play. We scored three nice goals in rapid succession (Quinn, Jordy and I think Ryan L) to take a commanding 3 - 1 lead.
After some good end to end action, we had a bit of a sag and Lakehill battled back with two fast goals to tie the game 3 - 3.
With only minutes left to play, we were on the attack again with Clayton, in a goal mouth scramble, heading it twice on goal and finally pounding it in.
Final score 4 - 3. Well done boys.
